This notice explains how Avara Lan uses information for shopping, customer service and website measurement.
Shopping and customer service
Your name, email, phone number, delivery address or pickup store, products, sizes and order details are used to process orders, payments, delivery and after-sales requests. An order may not be processed without the information it needs. We use Google Firebase for sign-in and website data, ECPay for payments, and delivery services for shipping. Our website does not store full credit card numbers or security codes.
Shopping information in this browser
The cart, sign-in and checkout use browser storage. An unsubmitted shipping draft expires 7 days after its last change and is removed when checkout is next opened. Drafts are also cleared when an order is confirmed. You can clear this website's data immediately in your browser settings. On a shared device, sign out and clear website data after shopping.
Optional analytics and ad measurement
Google Analytics and OpenAI ad measurement tools load only after your separate permission. They may receive pages, products, shopping events, amounts, currency and pseudonymous identifiers, and use cookies. We do not add names, email addresses, phone numbers, full delivery addresses or credit card details to the event fields we send ourselves. Rejecting optional measurement does not affect shopping. Use Privacy choices at the lower left to change or withdraw permission. Choices are saved for 180 days; ad attribution stored by our website is saved for up to 30 days. These providers may process data outside Taiwan; see their privacy policies for details.
OpenAI automatic advanced matching
If you allow OpenAI ad measurement and matching, the OpenAI Pixel may detect supported customer information from forms and other sources on this website. It normalizes and hashes identifiers such as your name, email or phone with SHA-256 in your browser, then sends the hashes with events to OpenAI. Country, city, region and postal code may also be included. This automatic matching feature does not send the original name, email or phone, but hashed data can still be matched and is not fully anonymous. The information links website actions to ad interactions and measures results. The Pixel's __oppref attribution cookie lasts up to 30 days and its __obref browser-reference cookie up to 365 days; browser restrictions may shorten these periods. Withdrawing ad consent stops future event reporting and clears both cookies. It does not automatically delete data already sent; contact us below for help with data rights requests.
Access, correction and deletion
To request access, a copy, correction, restriction or deletion, contact Avara Lan through the official LINE account below and identify the information or order involved. We will verify your identity and explain how the request can be handled. Records needed for transactions, after-sales service or legal requirements may not be deleted immediately. Do not send full credit card numbers or security codes.
